Zumba® Fitness | When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
n'C PWR | HIIT Class. 30-40 minutes. Upper body, Lower body and Core. It's MetaPWR with a 20/10 formula and extra circuit training exercises. Every week, something different. We use weights, figure 8 tubings, kettlebells, medicine balls, battle rope, gliders, jump ropes, weighted bags, and body strength for a full body, and fun workout.
Yoga | Yoga, which means "union", unites the mental and physical capacities together for a more peaceful and purposeful being. It incorporates a lot of stretching and breathwork. If you are doing a lot of Zumba, consider adding this class to your fitness regime. You will love it!!!
TABATA Bootcamp | Small group training that combines cutting edge High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercise, good nutrition, and behavioral science. The group meets 3 times per week. . You work 40 seconds at hard intensity, with 20 seconds rest, then 30 seconds working harder with 15 seconds rest, and last is 20 seconds working at your hardest intensity with a 10 seconds rest. You also have the 6 minutes daily workouts at home through the Tabata Bootcamp website. Short duration exercises that improve health, fitness, and will reduce body weight.
POUND | Using lightly weighted drumsticks called RipstixTM, you'll rock your entire body into beautiful shape while torching calories, isolating core muscles, and strengthening coordination and balance. You will feel like a Rock Star.
Mat Pilates | Incorporating the six Pilates principles: concentration, breathing, alignment, coordination, centering and balance this mat class will lengthen, strengthen and tone your entire body. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Mixxedfit | MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning. If you like Hip Hop, you will love this class.
MetaFit | 30 minute class. High Intensity Interval Training. (HIIT) You work at your highest Intensity for a few seconds and rest for a few seconds. No equipment needed, you use your body for the strength and conditioning. It changes your Metabolism which could lead into reducing body fat. Your body continues to burn additional calories after the workout is over.
MetaPWR | HIIT Workout. Like Metafit, it's a 30 minute class, but using equipment. Battle rope, Kettlebell, Sand Bags, Medicine Slam Balls, Jump Ropes, and Body Weight are used in almost every class. You will see improvement in strength , energy, and over all toning.
