Zumba® Fitness | When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
Zumba® Toning | When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
Zumba Sentao™ | The Zumba Sentao™ workout takes the thrill of the fitness-party and partners it with explosive, chair-based choreography to strengthen, balance and stabilize your core, and step up your cardio work in a whole new way. Grab a chair, feel the beat and learn how to use your own body weight to enhance muscle strength, improve definition and endurance, and tone your physique. Strut, shake and shimmy as you work your core (and work the chair) in a high-energy fitness-party that will keep you on the edge of your seat!
Yoga / Stretch | Yoga, which means "union", unites the mental and physical capacities together for a more peaceful and purposeful being. It incorporates a lot of stretching and breathwork. If you are doing a lot of Zumba, consider adding this class to your fitness regime. You will love it!!!
TABATA Bootcamp | 8 week program. Small group training that combines cutting edge High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercise, good nutrition, and behavioral science. The group meets 3 times per week. . You work 40 seconds at hard intensity, with 20 seconds rest, then 30 seconds working harder with 15 seconds rest, and last is 20 seconds working at your hardest intensity with a 10 seconds rest. You also have the 6 minutes daily workouts at home through the Tabata Bootcamp website. Short duration exercises that improve health, fitness, and will reduce body weight.
POUND | Using lightly weighted drumsticks called RipstixTM, you'll rock your entire body into beautiful shape while torching calories, isolating core muscles, and strengthening coordination and balance. You will feel like a Rock Star.
Piloxing | The PILOXING® program uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with exhilarating dance moves and the targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. These techniques are supplemented by the use of weighted gloves, further toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. Put it all together, and you have a muscle-toning, fat-burning workout that will make you feel physically and mentally empowered!

n'Barre | n'Barre is a full body workout bringing the basic fundamentals of ballet and fitness together. The moves are low impact but high intensity intervals, followed by stretching and working toward elongated muscles and improved flexibility. Be ready to sculpt, tone, and lengthen the body for a long and lean physique. Meet you at the barre!
MetaFit | 30 minute class. High Intensity Interval Training. (HIIT) You work at your highest Intensity for a few seconds and rest for a few seconds. No equipment needed, you use your body for the strength and conditioning. It changes your Metabolism which could lead into reducing body fat. Your body continues to burn additional calories after the workout is over.
Hatha | [Ha = Sun, Tha = Moon] This class brings out the hot and cold energies and leaves you invigorated to start the week. We will practice flowing poses, breath work and a simple relaxation at the end. (It’s the class you need on a Monday morning for a successful week ahead)
Core Strength | Uses exercises from Tabata Bootcamp Core, Upper Body and Lower Body, with a focus on the core. You will work at YOUR hard, harder and hardest pace. The class is 40-45 minutes long, and the exercises change every week. Your strength, and energy will improve each week, and your abs will get a great workout while working the entire body.
50 n'Fit | This senior fitness class focuses on building strength using hand weights, elastic bands, and body weight exercises. The entire workout can be done seated or standing. This is a low-impact, yet rigorous workout that builds strength in all the major muscle groups to support the back, knees, hips, and balance.
